Process Technology Licensing
We can provide in-depth support to both buyers and sellers of process technology. We are widely experienced in assessment of technology, technology transfer, sales and marketing and technology licensing contracts. Process guarantees, scope definition, design support services, start-up support and performance testing are all areas in which we have detailed knowledge and significant experience.
Process Engineering
We can produce a full range of process definition documentation such as flowsheets, heat & mass balances, P&IDs, datasheets for equipment and instruments in the form of a complete PDP (Process Definition Package) or as discrete pieces of work. We have PHA/Hazop leaders and can run PHAs and technical ‘Riskops’.
Specialist Engineering
We have expertise in a range of engineering disciplines required to support projects such as vessels and heat exchangers, rotating equipment, piping and layout, instruments and electrical engineering. We are familiar industry and international code requirements, also PED and ATEX. These skills are readily deployed in project procurement and design reviews of equipment and plant design. We have experience in value engineering and constructability studies and the delivery of project cost reductions through the use of these techniques.
